TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS OF SERVICE AND SALE OF DIGITAL CONTENT

Effective from: 02.05.2025

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms define the rules for using digital services offered on the website www.fletowisko.com, including the terms of concluding and terminating sales contracts and data protection principles.

  2. The website is owned by:

  3. All offered Products are digital and delivered electronically.

  4. Using the Platform requires acceptance of these Terms.

§2 DEFINITIONS

  • Client – a natural or legal person, or organizational unit using services available on the site.

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Product – a lecture, online workshop, or event recording offered as digital content.

  • Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Client and the Seller.

  • Registration Form – a required form for registration in order to purchase a Product.

  • Platform – the website www.fletowisko.com.

§3 SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

  1. The Seller offers lectures, workshops, and live online trainings (via Zoom), as well as recordings of these events.

  2. Access to events is granted only after payment and registration through the form.

  3. All Products are delivered electronically, within the timeframe specified in the event description.

§4 PAYMENTS

  1. Available payment methods:

  2. The order is processed after the payment is received and manually confirmed by the Seller.

  3. The Client is obliged to pay within 3 business days from placing the order.

  4. Purchasing participation in an online event constitutes the conclusion of an agreement, under which the client receives:
    A) on the day of the event (online meeting) — a link enabling active participation in the event, sent to the email address provided during purchase;
    B) after the event — a link to the event recording, if that part of the order was purchased.

  5. In the case of purchasing only the recording (without live participation), the link to the recording will be sent to the email address provided during purchase, no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

  6. All links are sent electronically to the email address provided by the client at the time of placing the order.

§5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its conclusion, subject to section 2.

  2. Refunds are available:

    • 100% of the order value – if the Client has not yet received the link to the event/recording.

    • 50% of the order value – if the link has already been sent.

  4. Withdrawal must be reported by email: fletowiskooo@gmail.com

  5. Refunds are not granted if the event has been fully conducted or the materials have been downloaded and used.

§6 COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints may be submitted via email: fletowiskooo@gmail.com

  2. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days.

  3. In the case of a justified complaint, the Client may receive a refund or access to an alternative digital material at no additional cost.

§7 COPYRIGHT AND PROMOTION

  1. All materials shared by the Seller are protected by copyright.

  2. It is forbidden to copy, share, or publish them without permission.

  3. The Client acknowledges that video materials from events may be used by the Seller for promotional purposes, e.g., excerpts featured on the website or social media.

§8 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. The Client should have:

    • a computer or mobile device with internet access,

    • access to the Zoom platform,

    • an up-to-date web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

  3. A microphone or camera is not required for passive participation.

§9 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. For matters not covered, the provisions of the Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, and GDPR apply.

  2. Any disputes shall be settled by the court competent under the Code of Civil Procedure.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons; such changes will not affect agreements already concluded.

    • order fulfillment,

    • invoice issuance (if applicable).

Users have the right to:

  • access their data,

  • correct their data,

  • request deletion of their data,

  • restrict data processing,

  • object to data processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (UODO).

§4 DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill services and accounting obligations (up to 6 years) or until consent is withdrawn.

Your data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations – organizational and technical safeguards are applied to ensure security.
